Baked Balsamic Honey Glazed Chicken !
Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken thighs (5 pieces, bone-in, skin-on), or drumsticks or wings (any combination) 1 kg or 2 lb chicken thighs
Sauce
- 1/2 cup De La Rosa Balsamic Glaze 1/2 cup or 32 ml
- 2 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce Or Tamari 2 1/2 tbsp or 50 ml
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced. Or 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste from a jar
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, combine the De La Rosa Balsamic Glaze, soy sauce or tamari, honey, and minced garlic. Mix well to create your flavorful glaze.
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer. If you're using different chicken parts like thighs, drumsticks, and wings, that's perfectly fine. The key is to have them in a single layer for even cooking
- Coat with Glaze: Pour the glaze mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. You can use a brush or spoon to spread the glaze evenly.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size and type of chicken pieces you're using.
- Baste (Optional): If you like, you can baste the chicken with the glaze once or twice during the cooking process. This will help create a nice, sticky glaze on the chicken.
- Serve: Once the chicken is cooked through and has a beautiful glaze, remove it from the oven. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: You can garnish your Baked Balsamic Honey Glazed Chicken with fresh herbs like parsley or chives if you like. Serve the chicken hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your delicious homemade Baked Balsamic Honey Glazed Chicken!
